Premium Villa residents receive chef-prepared meals with a higher degree of dietary personalisation.

How long is the minimum stay?
The Seaside Comfort Residence is available on a monthly basis and includes a trial period so newcomers can settle in without a long commitment. The Premium Villa Residence has a minimum three-month term, with straightforward renewal. The Cultural Enrichment Package can be joined at any time as a standalone monthly membership.

Are families welcome to visit residents?
Yes, family visits are warmly welcomed. There are no rigid restrictions on visiting hours, though we ask that visits are arranged in advance so we can ensure everything is comfortable. Family members are welcome to join residents for meals or activities during their visit.

Is the location easy to reach from Bangkok?
Suan Sook is located in Khao Tao, a quiet coastal area just south of central Hua Hin. Hua Hin is roughly 200 km from Bangkok and is well connected by road. The journey by private car or bus takes approximately three hours. We are happy to assist with arranging transportation for new residents if needed.
